Care & handling
Keep sealed vials at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. An unopened vial doesn’t need the fridge.
Look at the cap and crimp before first use. If the seal is broken, the glass is cracked, or the liquid looks cloudy or has particles, set the vial aside and contact us.
Write the date on the label the first time the stopper is punctured, refrigerate as printed on the label, and throw the vial out 28 days later, even if some is left.
Every label carries a lot number and an expiry date. Don’t use a vial past its printed expiry, opened or not.
Store vials out of reach of children and pets, and dispose of empty glass according to your local rules.
